I am happy to endorse Coach Chot's Leadership Series under the thematic framework of #HEARTofaLeader. I first came to know Chot in basketball. From the start, I knew he is one of the best coaches I've met; as the years went by and he moved from national to international competition, I saw his transformation from coach to leader.

There must be a lesson there — that jobs, careers, positions of responsibility do shape a person — from a manager to a leader. And further, that the values which Sports impart, do play an important role in the process of transformation.
